Pretty much agree but would have Isgrove for Thiam.

Hammill could play the Thiam role just slightly better .

Agree with Gaz. Moore starting to chip in with goals. Let Izzy run them ragged and bring Thiam on after 60 and let him le-finish them off.

Although I agree with this line up, we have an issue with the space behind McBurnie. We need him to be up top and although he often tries to give defensive cover it doesnt always work, leaving a big gap and often a 2 on 1 situation for whoever is playing left back.
Even at Birmingham where we had 2 holding midfielders, both were very reluctant to go out wide, leaving Fryers exposed. Fortunately that day the Cotterill didnt see the issue until the game was lost. Yesterday was a different matter! Pinilios was exposed by a talented and confident Traore and he got little or no support.

Really. Hammill has played most of the season and been awful. Need to stop looking at him at what he’s done in the past. He’s not good enough at this level.

In what world has Hammill been awful?
    That’s not what I’ve seen.

Wouldn’t say hammill as been awful it’s just that end product that’s been missing but that could be said for half of team .

I wouldn't play 4-3-3, our fullbacks get murdered.

Would swap Lindsay for Pinnock & Thiam for Hammill but would go along with rest

I'd try that. Two up top, width, mobile midfield. I'd ideally like to see Isgrove and Hammill playing so if we continue with the three up top at least one of them would be nice, but yeah, I'd shake it up a bit.

    Adam Hammil isn't a striker.

I love Hammil, but his material contribution to our positive results this season have been pretty sparse/non-existent. You can't tell me that Thiam is a worse option.

Some good choices there and I just hope Jose sees sense and drops either Williams or Gardner.
Its criminal that Mallan hasnt been given a fair chance at the club, especially as he was our first main signing of the pre season wasnt he.
Id bring Davies back and to be honest I dont think Knas is capable of a full 90 minutes yet. Id start with...

    Davies,
    Yiadom, Jackson, Lindsay, Fryers,
    Isgrove, Williams, Mallan,
    Thiam, Moore, McBurnie,

As a winger you should be chipping in with assists thiam got a assist and played a big part in the 2nd goal at brum. Played a part in the goal at hull. Which is more than Adams done all season as much as I love the guy he isn't upto it at this level anymore take the hammill tinted specs off. And I think thiam played mostly as a winger in from tbh.

Hammill's number of assists, this season, is very poor, admittedly.
However, in the games he played, he got himself into a crossing opportunity, looked up, sees Bradshaw alone, surrounded by at least two six foot plus defenders, so waits for the cavalry to arrive whilst holding onto the ball a little longer.
However, 'the cavalry' does not arrive, as Williams and Gardener view themselves as the 5th and 6th defenders, so the attacking opportunity collapsed, hence no assist.
Along comes the long awaited target man, Kieffer Moore, and the natural talent of McBurnie, just as Hammill falls out of favour, which is exactly what he's needed to be aiming his service at all season.
Yes, I have a soft spot for Hammill, the only squad member who idolises this club, like us, the fans, but the 'no assists' rubbish, I do not buy into, as he would flourish with this new strike force to aim for.
