Do you have a Taste Card? Might be worth having a look if you don’t as it gets you so many discounts around town particularly through the week, often two for one.

I always thought it was Grill Pit with the long wait and 8oz was the faster?

Grill pit takes ages for food, even when it is quiet. I wouldn't go back for that reason alone.

Yeah that's probably a fair comment, but the wait at Grill Pit (somewhere with a big kitchen) is very silly even when quiet.

Always go to Lemon Tree when I can make it to home games. Great food and lovely staff.

Favela opening next Friday, some quality coming into the town over the past 12-18 months, hopefully bars will follow.

The Glass Works is scheduled to welcome its first tenants towards the end of this year as far as I’m aware so hopefully this time next year we see a completely reinvigorated and vibrant town centre with plenty of quality options both in terms of food and drink.

I saw yesterday that there was finally some movement and a permanent sign going up - can't wait as a I love Brazilian food.

There's certainly a lot of new places opened up since I moved away 2 and a bit years ago. Excited to see this Brazilian place.

Would be nice to see some more places in the centre offering hand-pulled real ale, along the lines of Old No. 7 and Arcade Alehouse.

Currently working a lot in Swindon, and if this is anything like Rios there (all you can eat Brazilian BBQ), then I would suggest wearing trousers with an elastic waistband to cope with all the meaty goodness :)

I'd rather they took 20-30 mins and cooked everything fresh, rather than ping it in a microwave and have in front of you within 10 minutes of ordering.
