I don't think I've ever left an away game early.

Home games, yes, but not an away game to my memory. Actually my dad wanted to beat the traffic at 6-1 to City in that league cup game back in 2004, that's the only one to memory that we came out early at.

Also, boring fact of the day, the lad who scored the 3rd Salford goal, his dad was my ex's driving instructor.

I left at 5-0 down at Ipswich and missed our goal. In 1999/2000.

And the Joe Ironside who scored for Kidderminster is Roy's grandson.

George Waring (Kidderminster) and Mike Phenix (Salford) unused subs.

I was following the game on Twitter. My local side Harrogate Town were sitting top of the table after a 2-0 home win until that 96th minute equaliser. What made it worse was that it was a rebound from a saved penalty.

Bloody hell. I can sort of understand Phenix being back in non league but God knows what's happened to Waring. He looked great for us at times, decent feet and won plenty in the air in what was a severely underperforming side in league 1. Can't believe he's an unused sub in the Conference North now.

Aye, mental innit? Waring looked several orders of magnitude better than Jon Walters or Jay Rodriguez did on loan for us. Weird how careers play out.

I didn’t pay for my ticket to see 86 minutes of football.

Remember the reds fans desperate to get out of Blundell Park many years ago when we were a million-nil down. They were virtually breaking the gates down !!
We did not get anything out of that game by the way.
