Seems the team are getting together to sort tactics out.

Doesn’t make sense to me that Morais doesn’t look at the opposition before we play them. That was part of his duties whilst working under others at the super clubs.

3 or 4 players aren't happy due to not being in the plans, nothing major. A couple of those players won't be here next season anyway so it doesn't really matter.

It’ll be those two unknown players who can play as a midfield two

Agree with most of that - except - we should be well above Hull in the league by now.
And the only reason we aren’t is because of the meddling by Morais.
Fingers crossed he can get it right.
But I just can’t see it happening.

    That’s just plain WRONG.
If this squad had started the season together I think we would be at least mid table by now.
We definitely have enough quality in this squad.

OK Scowen and Hourihane were quality and are sadly missed - but IMO we have more IN-DEPTH quality now than the December 2017 squad.

Yeah, sounds like utter, utter ba**ax to me - I cannot believe there is a single manager not scouting the opposition in the professional leagues in England and having a dossier to talk to the team about before any game.

Take Mcburnie and Yiadom out and you can literally throw the rest in the bin. They might be mid-table League One next season, that's it.

I agree but we’ve got a quality forward & options up front which is an improvement

If that is indeed the ‘story’ then it’s absolute ******** in my opinion.

There's was no mention of whether or not José watches the opposition in what I was told. It was all about the briefing given to the players.

You can study the opposition, set-up the team to counter their strengths and exploit their weaknesses, run through such drills in training, but feel it's unnecessary to burden the players with talk of how good the opponents are. It may actually be an astute psychological move. Or none of it may be true, I really don't know. But there was certainly no claim that José doesn't look at our opponents before we play them.

Can’t defend, midfield poor and goal keepers worse.

    Aye, mid table

We have two players up to the division often enough. Neither are likely to be here next season

Id be very surprised if the players were all happy losing games playing this stupidly naive 4-3-3 formation after so many weeks. It took Birmingham by surprise but ffs....

This management team could easily go down as one of the worst of all time at this rate. Cut your losses quick put Hassell in as caretaker and get some fkng points on the board....alternatively, end up relegated with games to spare.

How can you say that when there not his players? He might not be the man for the job, but to say one of the worst of all time i think thats abit extreme. The players signed arent good enough, simple as that.

What makes you think Hassell would get us any points? Hecky couldn't do it, Morais is struggling, why would someone with less coaching experience (zero as far as I can tell) than either of these do a better job?
