Took them to Wednesday and Leeds games. Cost of his ticket 36 quid cost of thee tickets 10 quid each. 56 quid a time. They are 11 and 12 he’s not sending them off alone.

Me too as it's becoming a novelty.

Burton don't need to have an all seater (yet) and looks like they won't survive beyond two years in the Championship.

Not sure how far Brentford have got with their new stadium.

It's the £36 for the adult ticket that's the problem. I wouldn't pay that.

£15 for 2 kids these days ain't too bad - Although I would have just got 2 * U12 tickets if one of mine were only 12. They don't check ;)

Got 3 kids myself (17, 15,12). A family meal out can easily set you back £100. Two week holiday abroad, just add few £1K.. Even a McDonald's, your talking £20+

Trip to pictures similar entertainment time frame. Tickets now reduced at Meadowhall to 5.90 for an adult and 4.90 for a kid so a third of the cost.

Cue Meadowhall 4.99 adults and £4.99 kids. Parkway in town even less. You are right about the adult tickets.

    Spot on.

The focus on match day ticket pricing is to rip off the away fans. Tough **** for casual home fans.

£38 to pay on the day to watch 21st placed barnsley v 9th placed Sheffield utd.

Just when we need to muster as much support as we can get, there will only be season ticket holders there!!

    Stupid decision.

Who said they should? There's plenty of scope for meaningful match day price reductions. An early bird adult season ticket holder paid £11.74 per game this season. The average match day price has been £28.73 per game.

    £28.73!!

To go back to the cinema analogy, there's no way you'd pay that much to watch films made by a studio with a reputation for sacking directors and hiving off their best actors, on the off chance that one in five films is half decent.

That's how it should be. Season tickets benefit the club infinitely more than match-day tickets.

You can season ticket on monthly installments for something like 35 quid a month for 10 months.

Short term thinking. Price future fans out they won’t get the habit and be season ticket holders of the future the club as its fans die will die with them.

Opposite with my youngest grandson , he had a free season ticket up to the age of 12 & now he is 15 & well & truly hooked , his season ticket has been purchased for the last 3 seasons & he is , as you put it , the future of the club . A big pat on the back for BFC for this initiative

I've been to 5 games this season, but could have gone to 10 at the right price. That would have been £35 per game by your calculations if I had been silly enough to buy a season ticket. Some people can't seem to grasp, that those who pay match by match, mostly do so because they haven't got the time to go to every match.

Season ticket sharing is a thought , if you know someone in a similar situation. I know a wednesday fan who has work commitments but buys a season ticket & splits the matches & cost with a friend who also is restricted in his attendance , just a thought

I don’t think you’d ever be happy with ticketing

Been online today to buy a ticket for tomorrow’s game and renewals are available

£315 which is same as last season’s “Early Bird”. No idea if that is a limited time price or what

I doubt we'll ever find out. We are a million miles away from having acceptable pricing at the moment. It's ridiculous that two adults sat next to each other, may have paid £11.74 and £38 respectively to watch the same match.
