You have to love his positivity. Still not really sure what I make of him but I am fully behind him. Coyr
I've got the Faith in our Ability to get out of the bottom 3 if we keep doing what we are doing at the moment. My Opion is we'll survive I'm a Red through & Through with the Faith
He's been the complete opposite of hecky, It can't do the lads any harm to have a gaffer that's so publicly positive about them, still think he's bonkers mind, sithi.

At work, are you more likely to go the extra mile for the boss who makes you feel valued and praises your contribution or the one who's always on your case? It's just good staff leadership. For me Jose is doing a lot right, motivationally and tactically. Yes he gets things wrong but I think, on balance, we've been a better team since his appointment. Whichever league we end up playing in next season, I'd like to see Jose at the helm. Staying in this league is certainly not beyond us but we need to make our own luck - I don't think we try to draw enough penalties. Drive into the box and take the defender on. Next season (assuming Oli doesn't come back), I'd like to see Bradders partner Moore up front with a free-role no.10 in behind.
He's got a great Cv pal. So hopefully I'm right Backing him. I No It's only words But hey he's definitely changed things around and tried different things. Which is getting some good performances.
Think he is learning about his players and to come back and win has got to be a massive confidence boost - 3 points tonite and believe !!
