We try but we probaby aren't good enough. Watching Millwall's promotion push makes if even worse as we had a far better team last year.

I know everyone is great when they aren't playing. From.what I've seen of mallen he is good at set pieces but goes missing too often.

Doesn’t matter if he’s good or *****. He is the only other fit central midfielder we have. Potts injury left us exposed. Rank bad management.

Well we did already have 3 center mids on the field just meant going 442.

Moncur isn’t a central midfield player. He’s a classic no 10 and not fit enough to last beyond 55 minutes. Fail to prepare. Prepare to fail.

I"l say this slowly , he has scored 8 times from playing out wide , are you sure you can read ? I am sure you think you are privileged to some inside info from Swansea, but the facts do not lie , he is being very effective from where he is being played

I wouldn't like to see Malian in center midfield a 442 far too powderpuff. I'd rather Pearson play center mid. We have been playing players out of position all season why change now. I'e seen moncur play on the wing center mid and no10. I'e seen Potts on the wing, and mowatt on the wing with 2 natural wingers on the bench why stop now.

Not having any central midfield cover on the bench is a beginners mistake. No point dressing it up.

Who would you play in center midfield next Saturday? Let's say Potts is injured though.

We are probably ****** tbf. Letting jarad bird go out on loan was an error. I don’t follow the u23s closely enough to know if anyone can step up. You’d have to go with Mallan by default (I don’t especially rate him).

Maybe Isgrove was a better option but based on his last few showings...

How stupid was it to loan McGeehan out like we did, when he could still have played a part in our midfield this season.

I'd have enjoyed seeing cavare play just to see him knock a few Bolton players out before been sent off.

I totally agree with the opinion that McBurnie spent most of the time covering Freyers Most of the first half he was in our half
The other point is the lad is not a winger and struggles to pass a man
His forte is his ability to move quick and take his chances.
He would score goals from many positions but he ought to be in the mix with Moore

    That is utterly ridiculous.

    Cavaré wasn’t playing.

McBurnie isn’t playing as a winger he’s playing as a left forward. He constantly beats his man, in fact he nutmegged him three times this afternoon.

He has scored 8 goals whilst at Oakwell and 7 of those have come when playing as a left forward.

I don’t understand the issue with it, he’s playing well and is very effective.

Been a midfield player rather than having a big gap that invited pressure on and changed the game.

I think you do the lad an injustice. He's a bloody good footballer with the ball at his feet, and works his nuts off. And how many wingers would have scored that goal at the end?
