People calling for morais head is absolutely ridiculous. Since he has come in we haven't struggled to score goals. Match fitness is down to the players not applying themselves in training. We were doomed when heckingbottom was in charge. However due to fans such as 90% of this forum making out he was god's gift he remained here at least 2 months after he should have been gone.

People believe morais shouldn't be in charge next season. What a load of ******. He never stood a chance. We are still in with a shout of staying up. He is passionate about the job in hand. He hasn't stood a chance with some of the morons on here. This is not his side. It's hecky who ruined us.

Hecky was kept in a job by people who deep down knew he was failing but because of his connection with our football club gave him extra time to relegate us. Let's keep the faith. Forget birmingham they are safe it's us bolton & Burton now. Tuesday is massive for us. I genuinely believe we can stay up but if not we need to keep our manager and let him have a transfer window to build his own side before he is judged.

**** hecky he is nothing to our club. He was an average full back with an extremely lucky inheritance of a decent squad from a proper manager in Lee johnson.

 

Would you have called little Lee a proper Manager last year when his side were in a similar position to ourselves.

 

I agree about what you say in regards hecky. But that team selection was abysmal today

 

We were 5th when Heckingbottom left. We had rarely been in the bottom 3. If Morais had improved matters then we wouldn’t be having a conversation.

Let' be right we had won 2 games in over 2 months before hecky went our form had relegation written all over it. Jumped before he was pushed and has won 3 so far for Leeds 2 against relegation fodder since. Jose wouldn't have been my choice but hecky is a inexperienced head coach who was having a mare here.

We were playing worse football under hecky and struggling to create any chances. Its just good fortune that we didnt slip into the bottom 3. More to do with how bad Sunderland and Birmingham were tbh.

 

Perhaps Hecky is bad and Morais is as bad or worse?

I don’t blame Morais for the squad - which was the same as Hecky had plus Moore, McBurnie, Mills, Mahoney and Pinillos plus Jackson and Isgrove back from injury....

I blame him for poor/random and sometimes plain bonkers team selection, seemingly confusing tactics, and not motivating or setting up the players to beat Fellow relegation strugglers Bolton and Burton at home. Players in from no where then out of the squad the next week.

It’s only my opinion. Would love to be proved wrong and he keeps us up. Good on all those thinking he is blameless and has done as good a job as anyone could have done.

Football is a results business. So far he hasn’t delivered so I won’t even blink if he is not here next season.

Only thing that will get me excited for next season is if the owners decide to start with a clean slate, clear out this seasons under performers and management team (on and off the field) and put together a squad to win league 1.

Yes looks like we have gone from.bad to just as bad or worse we score at least now but concede alot more. The new owners have to take the flack for joses strange appointment.

When you're coughing up £39 for a ticket you are entitled to expect some passion and for the manager to get the players who can most hurt the opposition in the best position on the pitch to do so, however limited others are.

But jose hasn't had Harvey barnes, Joe williams has gone back injured and Jackson is now injured I'm not sure what mills or Mahoney add to the team so swings and roundabouts there. I do think we have gone from bad head coach to worse.
