Living in LS6 I have had the blessing of fine asian cuisine for nearly 30 years.

I have sampled every one of Patak's pickle range & my favourite 3 are:

    1. Chilli Pickle
    2. Aubergine Pickle
    3. Lime Pickle

As we seem to be in a bit of a pickle as a club, I just wondered if you have any sort of pickle advice / experiences / recipes. I reckon a good bit of chilli pickle may just give George Moncur the ability to run for 5-10 minutes without falling on his arse. It is highly calorific & will give you a ring of fire that would make it difficult to sit on the bench or even a piece of turf for any length of time at all.

Hot lime is far superior to lime imho.
