    Seeing as the club had a plan if we stayed up, and a plan if we got relegated, combined with the relegation clause in Morais' contract.

    So maybe we already have a shortlist?

    Unless we alter our strategy, we'll still be appointing a Coach and not a Manager per se.
    To my mind, that will restrict who might want to apply for the job.
    Whatever happens, we need someone in sharpish so recruitment can get underway
    in readiness for the new season. Time is really of the essence.

    So long as he is appointed in time to state what he wants....

    If he is appointed with no impact on what is available then we know "the plan" is in full motion

    It will certainly show how the new ownership plan to operate

    Listening to Ganaye’s interview and the fact that the coaches had a relegation clause in their contracts, I would’ve thought we will have a shortlist already.

    I’m hoping that the next appointment has experience in the English game knowing that we are going to have quite a few games to play and not complain.Would also like to see some members of his staff coaching set up with links to the club,and understand what it means to us fans.
