Not seen his name mentioned yet but reckon he'll be in with a shot as our new manager. I know he's got a bad reputation from his Pompey/Blackburn days but he did an excellent job at Oxford and their fans loved him to bits and were gutted when he left to go to Leicester. He'd definitely fit the profile of manager I'd expect us to go for too, plays good football and develops youngsters.
Depends what we're wanting from next season. If we are wanting to bounce straight back up with pressure on the new boss to do so, I don' think he's the man but if they're wanting someone to steady the ship a bit and challenge at the same time in that top 10 area, he wouldn't be a bad shout.
