    Just looking at it from Mick’s point of view, spending £6m is great but it’s not so good when we lost 8 of our starting 11 within a year worth a lot more than that.

    Agree it should be more than enough but if we lose Yiadom & Hammill on top of McBurnie, Gardner & Williams & then maybe sold Bradshaw & Lindsay that lot combined is more than £6m worth of talent. Hope you’re right about Mawson

    Oh well then, that's settled, there's no way he's changed his mind in 18 years. Besides, if he's worried about letting folk down now's the perfect time to start, the only way is up.

    I take the point but at the same time no one in L1 will have anything like that budget.
