would you have him back? Not saying it would happen & personally I'm in 2 minds, but none of the names being mentioned excite me tbh. That said, I can't think of a realistic appointment that would.

Never. He should have been sacked after dragging us towards the drop zone and has shown how crap he is at Leeds with his equally abysmal record there.

He was good at youth development so hopefully find him a place in the academy somewhere

Never go back, he made his bed....
Fresh blood with new ideas required. Ideally a manager who plays the team in their best positions. Go after teams rather than constantly trying to limit other teams strengths. Negativity breeds poor results and kills confidence.

If he came back would the team have any respect for him after the way he jumped ship?

Definitely not, he's partly responsible for the position we currently find ourselves in.

    Yes.
    Hecky + Time + Money = Promotion.

There hasn’t been a better manager suggested so far.
However - I can’t see it being Hecky because he hasn’t the name that would attract players - especially foreign players.

No chance. Got his name from a team built by a superior manager that could have managed itself. Charlatan that has been found out consistently since having to actually do the job. Hope he stays at Leeds and fills their squad with as many duds as he left us with. Sithi.

No, regardless of what side you come down on with his decision to leave or his ability as a manager/coach. It would divide the fan base and create a toxic atmosphere.

At what point has he done anything positive with any of the 3 ingredients you noted? He kept things the same for a top end championship squad in league 1, already in a final and coasted from that point on. He then threw his toys out the pram when he had to do even a bit of managing.

How dissapointed will you be if we spend sod all on recruitment this year?
I'm expecting it to be very similar to last season in terms of quality of player we bring in.
