    A mid-30s wall of muscle who was bang average in his peak years is exactly what we need to aid our promotion push. I'm sure he has got loads better since 2006, when he was ****.

    Stick him on penalty duties for that extra bit of magic.

    Never have I said that. I stated that the lad should not be judged in a negative way because our fanbase has never seen him play really.

    a wall of muscle is a huge positive in a division like this. Majority of our opponents next season will be a 10 bob Stoke under Pulis

    But it clearly IS a bad idea. It's the most ridiculous idea anyone has aired in here in some time. And that's saying something.
    Your current arguments are that a 36 year old, immobile fourth tier player is the way forward and that a player cast aside by two clubs with barely a second thought could be a world beater.
    It's ludicrous.
    Start posting something sensible and maybe you'd get taken seriously.

    To suggest signing any player is totally stupid.

    To suggest signing a player when we haven’t even got a manager that is able to identify the needs of the team and then sign a player to fill that role is beyond stupid.

    You're ignoring his plus points.

    I could say Bradshaw is not mobile or that Lindsay has never proven himself outside of Scotland.

    I'm saying he would be a very useful signing not a world beater and that is my opinion.
