Bit early but I think we should break the mold and have green and yellow next year!

I love the Nigerian kit, it’s great.

We’ll no doubt get a standard template though and I’ll go for yellow and black.

    Yeah I quite liked that.

I was just trying to think of one we haven’t had in a while. We had yellow and black in our first season in league 1 last time didn’t we?

The German kit looked nice in last night’s friendly. We have a German coach so why not white/black/white? Smart look that.

Doubt it, believe we’re still contracted to Puma for another season.

How about an England (and Tottenham & Preston) style away kit for us, a plain white n navy blue ?.

The Cameroon shirt is fantastic too.

It is certainly different! Can’t quite work out if I like it or not.

The Germany home top has a slight retro feel to it, I’m liking that too.

I’d love if some more cool, retro looking designs came in but I’m expecting us to probably have a ‘plain shirt with trim’ template.

Looks like they've taken a bit of inspiration from the Mexican club Pumas' shirts. Some of their shirts from early 2000s looked ace.

They’ve generally had the lion on there somewhere but yeah, you’re right it definitely looks like this time they’ve taken the idea from the pumas kits.

Totally agree with you on the retro feel of the Germany kit because I love the shirts from the 90’s. They were much more colourful and unique than many of the bland kits you see today.

I still have Peter Schmeichel’s 1992/93 goalie shirt that my parents bought me for my 10th birthday and I marvel at how great it looks even today.

The only retro style kit that I saw this year was Wycombe Wanderers goalie top and if you’ve not seen it, give it a quick google. I think it was fantastic.

Huddersfield Town's away shirt last season was a retro shirt too...

I have seen that Wycombe kit, looks like a load of paint has been spilled on the kit haha!

Going back to Germany, in addition to their home shirt, the green away shirt also has a retro feel to it too I think. I also like the England warm up top a lot more than the actual home top.

Would be great if there were some retro looking kits in England this season. Maybe our owners can bung puma a couple of fivers so we get our own design instead of a basic template

Good shout Titus, I’d forgotten about that one. I liked Huddersfield’s away kit and now I think about it, our third blue and gold kit was kinda retro with the badge being integrated into the fabric. I bought that instead of the white and green away kit.

Was about to say the exact same. The warm up top is stunning and way better than the bland official kit. Switzerland have a great kit going this year which shows off their mountain topography and is made by Puma so hopefully, they’ll come up with something cool for us but I’m betting it’ll be a plain red template.
