    This track always reminds me of my mate Mark, who sadly died a little over 10 years ago. (There is a plaque to his memory in the East Stand Lower). He lent me a compilation of their stuff, called Goldmine Trash, that I've been trying to get on vinyl for ages. I used to have all their albums, but sold most when i was skint about 15 years ago, as a lot of the CDs are very rare.

    This has just played on my iPod so had to share. Without a doubt one of The Jams best songs and in my top five songs by the great band.

    I used to have a t shirt with this label on. Got a picture somewhere with me & my brother in it & I'm wearing said t-shirt. It was bright orange & I bought it in Other Clothes in Leeds about 1990.

    Too right, putting a top ten of best songs together is so difficult. It's a tough call but I'd probably go for Down in the Tube Station at Midnight as my favourite.
