    2 left backs worse than Tom Kennedy?? Stephen Hawking was a better left back than Tom Kennedy, the only left back arguably worse than Kennedy was Paul Gibbs. For Barnsley to have signed the worst 4 left backs in teh history of the entire footballing world would take some doing.

    I still don’t think the OP realises after his clamour for Akinfenwa everyone on this board thinks he’s a bit of a tit and his opinion on football is absolutely toilet. I mean he suggested signing Tom Pope and James Hanson this afternoon ffs! He’s either very naive or just a massive troll, my money’s on the latter surely no one could be that slack?

    Can you honestly say Fryers is that much better than Tom Kennedy? He is slightly better but as its from such a low starting point it still makes him *****.

    This squad is of a very similar standard to that of 2014. The statistics support this. It's just younger.

    Well we did progress. But then undid it all. You can't talk about that though. You can only focus on anything that's been done wrong since 20th December 2017.

    New season, new division. I'm not going to write players off based on them not being up to championship standard.

    Everyone gets a fresh start and I've no doubt there will be one or two of last season's strugglers that will be this season's stand out players.

    That's just it from this point four years ago we are no better apart from JPT which ever may you slice it. No point making progress if you go straight back to square one.
