    You do realise that even the most successful managers in history, the likes of Paisley, Clough and Sir Alex were all inexperienced at some stage in their careers. Getting experience is how they become great managers. Just give the bloke a chance.

    With all the coaching qualifications that you claim to have, perhaps you should have thrown your hat in the ring when the job was available. The cleaner can still be the manager if they want, Stendel is the head coach, different gravy.
