    Maybee in terms of mallan it was a case of 2 head coaches have over looked me and not played me regular hibs are interested I want to move back to Scotland I've had enough here?
    The head coach always gets the final say on players in comings so we are told but don't let me spoil the conspiracy theory.

    I think Potts will do well this season. Looks taylor made for league one - big old box to box unit who'll play over 50 games for us.

    Not good enough for the Championship though yet.

    I agree, with a high pressing style i'm expecting him to be a regular starter. Run his guts out for 70 minutes & then put Moncur on for the last 20.
    We do desperately need a holding midfielder though. Hope Hedges & Isgrove can keep fit, as they should be great out wide in L1.

    I thought we’d bought a gem in mallen but he looked physically weak in the championship and it’ll be even harder for him in league 1. Remember Cowley getting his head kicked in and weak refs allowing it to happen.

    The third squad member moved on this Summer and it definitely appears to be a case of trimming said squad down (it not might even be the last such departure). However, one of the consistent criticisms of the club last season was the squad had too many similar players, especially in midfield, and it needed reducing. This appears to be happening.
    A couple of incoming deals now wouldn't go amiss, though, in my opinion.

    Beats me why anyone would comment on these outgoings. If they are not good enough for us then they need to be off the wage bill - no question about it.

    I have no worries that the squad will be too light by August. Once this beano in Russia is out of the day the transfer market will be very active, at all levels.

    I'd rather give our new head coach the benefit of the doubt, unlike some who think he (and the board) don't know what they are doing.
