    In the context of their careers then it's easy to say exactly the same thing about Stendel. Everyone has to start somewhere and his record to date is pretty impressive. I don't know why you don't seem to want to give him a chance.

    At a team who had lots more money than every other side in the division. Win ratio is just not comparable with managers who have been around for 5,10,20 years. Why don't we make things easier and appoint someone proven much less of a risk

    No manager would be able to say they'd been around for 5, 10 or 20 years if they were not given a chance in the first place. I think your faith in Grayson is misplaced.
