    Barnsley win the FA Cup every time. Though England winning the World Cup would still be absolutely immense.

    World cup for England. The FA Cup has been massively devalued and has no prestige anymore. It's sad to see such a great cup competition reduced to a minor sideshow. I would make it so the 4th champions league spot goes to the FA Cup winners.

    The buzz across the country, you can’t buy that. But I’d swap it for a buzz about our club.

    I knew a thread like this would come. And my own say is that I love my club with my heart, but I have realised even more than usual that I fuckin adore my country. I would love to see England lift that golden trophy in my life time. Please let it happen.

    The club ALWAYS comes first for me and always will. No team ever comes before Barnsley. That doesn't mean I can't enjoy the success of England in this World Cup, though.

    Once got asked who I would rather win, England in world cup final or Barnsley last game of season with nowt to play for, I said Barnsley everytime. I still stand by that to this day.

    But the England team means absolutely zero to me. Never has interested me, never will. Barnsley FC are the most important thing in my life which is not another person.

    Much as I've enjoyed this tournament, I'd take Barnsley beating Oxford in the first game of the season over England winning the World Cup.
