Where do you get that from? He was born in Cockermouth on the Cumbrian coast in 1770 and went to Hawkshead Grammar School, and then Cambridge University. He moved around, including living in France, before settling at Rydal Mount at the age of 43. That was his family home until he died there in 1850. No mention of Penistone as far as I know.
