Dun't sell him to them cvnts.

I'd sooner wave him off to Hillsborough.

    Agree with all of that.

I think that the club do too - if our valuation is met, then they’ll let him go. If not, he stays.

Strikers always command higher values - and he is a Welsh international. So you’ve got to presume the valuation is over £1.75m - even if this is his last year of contract.

Armstrong has gone to Blackburn for £1.5m with add-ons to take it up to £3m. That’s what we’d have to fork out to replace Bradshaw technically (although we’d just do a loan).

Agree with that. I wonder if we've got Conor Chaplin lined up in case he leaves. From what I can tell the Portsmouth fans reckon he would be good with a big man alongside him, and that's our setup at the moment. If we can sell Bradshaw with a year left on his contract (£1.5m?) and pick up Chaplin on 3+ for less money (~£1m?) then it would look like good business to me.

Not really. Might be better at holding our nerve and telling players they aren’t going anywhere. We will see

IMHO Bradshaw's greatest asset is his work rate and the way he closes down the opposition defenders/keeper. Odd to think a forward's greatest attribute is something usually considered a defensive skill, but the way Stendel has us playing brings this to the fore. The victory on Saturday was set up by Moore and Bradshaw's work rate. Oxford wanted to play it out from the back, but Bradshaw and Moore stopped them, not giving them a second on the ball. They couldn't cope, didn't have another plan and as a result we won back possession almost instantly and dominated.

Bradshaw isn't going to dribble past a couple of defenders and score. He doesn't get many assists. He'll put away crosses and he'll work hard. That suits the way we want to play, but I don't think it makes him worth the kind of money written about in this thread and I'd be extremely surprised if Millwall have offered anything near it.

We will indeed. I'm not too fussed on Bradsahw either way really the issue with letting him leave now would be replacing him.

It doesn't bother me in the slightest who we sell to, if Millwall are prepared to pay what we're looking for, then let them have him. They have never even spent 1 mill on a player before though, so they aren't going to offer anything like 2 mill are they.

Apparently the Sun reporting today that they've upped their offer from £500k to £700k. Just read this on the Millwall forum. Shouldn't be too difficult to turn those kind of offers down

They aren't serious contenders offering that kind of cash.
Think it's fuelled by the fact his Mrs is from ' darn sarf ' & pregnant, that's his reason for wanting a move south, who can blame him, but they need to come up with something a bit more than that to get him surely???

If this was earlier in the window and the bid was acceptable, then fair play, let him move on. But unless we have someone lined up literally waiting to sign, the timing is all wrong to allow Bradshaw to go. If the bids are below £1m, it's a no-brainer to reject. An acceptable bid at this stage, with the player wanting to go, we have to assess if we can replace him in time. Unless we can, then reject. I'd rather have him until January, have him bang in 10 goals, then let him go with a full month to replace.

Totally agree samba....and I hope the days of us getting considerably less than 80% of other clubs are now gone.
If he wants out then ok I get that but he has to leave at the going rate. Hopefully he stays and gets loafs of goals!!

Remember when the loathsome fat man Steve Evans offered an appalling low amount for Winnall, when he was at Leeds. What was that at the time, something between 350-500k ?.

How about trying to get Gregory +£500k. If Bradshaw wants the move that is!!!!! Guess millwall would feel as insulted as we do with their current offer

Anybody would think Bradders was the best thing since sliced bread!

I’m not his greatest fan, doesn’t excite me or make me think something’s going to happen when he gets the ball and isn’t prolific enough to do F all else but score, though I do agree with others re his work rate.

Why don’t we just slap a £2m price tag on him and tell the Miwaw cants to tip up or fack off.

Not as if we owe them any favours is it??!!

Seen on twitter from a journo that Sheff Utd are after Gregory. Would have serious concerns if that occurred because I think Millwall will then offer a lot more than they are so far for Bradshaw and he’d have a lot more chance of being first team.
