Agreed on the crossing. Probably about a dozen overhit or underhit crosses. A few more decent crosses and I think we could have matched the Oxford score. When you’ve got Bradshaw and Moore in there you only need to put it within tie width of the goal.
They've only been playing this style 8 weeks. Imagine what were going to be like in a month or two #90pts
Take a card, any card. There are so many candidates . Where are they all this week though? Or are they still posting and I'm just not seeing the "idiotique clique". I've got a few on ignore, so that probably explains it.
It’s exciting, but hard to judge the teams we’ve beaten. Usually takes a month or two for the teams to settle and you can see the real contenders. Thought Oxford would be there or there abouts but they lost again, at home, to Fleetwood, who themselves lost last week to Wimbledon. Great start though. Can’t ask for much more!
I got a parking ticket! Stewards told us we could park on Midland road as we had a disabled pass for my mate who is blind. Came back to the car to find the ticket. According to the locals they're buggers for it on matchdays.
It's neither. I'm virtually sure it's a poster who used to post regularly and had a duel identity at the time. Posts rarely these days.
Didn't he used to post as a Fowls fan too? Can't remember the user name, but it had "Owl" in it I think. Edit: Was it Carib Owl or something like that?
The car wasn't parked in the permit holders only bay on Midland Road was it? Just trying to think of that road. There's an area with no lines at all a bit further down that obviously have no restrictions, there's lots of double yellows that should have been fine if you were under 3 hours and displayed the clock showing time of arrival (I'm not aware of any loading restrictions on that road), there's a large area of bays that is permit holders only for anyone staying over 90mins (incl. blue badge holders) and there's a bay that is specifically for blue badge holders between 12 and 6pm.
