    almost any game from last season that. Clueless and toothless going forward and pratting about with the ball in our own third.

    Only difference is the standard of opposition.

    I actually said that to my mate.

    Start the game ok, miss a couple of decent chances, then the final ball continues to be poor and eventually we run out of ideas.

    Credit to Wimbledon though. Can see why they've not conceded yet this season in the league. And neither have we.

    Sounds like it wasn't great today, but I think at the start of August we'd all have happily settled for a return of 7 points from the first three games without conceding a goal.

    Wimbledon played very well and we need to figure out how to get past defences who are going to sit back. However, not sure many teams last season played for a draw against us like Wimbledon did today. Need to be better, but to compare this performance to last season is a tad daft in my opinion.

    Wimbledon came for a point and we had no idea how to break them down. If we are going to play balls to Moore then Bradsahw needs to be moving off him, they didn't look like a front two who have played together before.
    Potts and Thiam were very poor on the wings and never looked like creating anything. A wake up call hopefully, just one game and 7 points from 3 games is decent.

    We will have to completely disagree then as I thought it was a carbon copy of last season. Apart from that weak header did their keeper have to make another "save"?

    How is it honesty when you disappear off the face of the earth when the results/performances are good? Honesty would be you posting both positive and negative posts on here like many others do but in the couple of years I’ve been reading this forum, I actually cannot recollect you once ever posting anything remotely positive.

    No they didn't. But i think today was completely different to last season as Wimbledon came to "do a job" on us, and they were very successful. We were poor attacking wise last season yes, but that was against teams who didn't sit back. Different scenario. I do however think we need to learn how to break down teams who are going to defend like Wimbledon did today.
