    Loved Jon Macken. Didn't score trillions of goals for us, but didn't half put a shift in, and when the ball went to him, it stuck and he wasn't easily knocked off it.

    If people view Bradshaw as a grafter then we've lowered the bar of what's acceptable to us.

    One of my favourite players of that era as you say when people compare Bradshaw to O’Connell they are miles off Mackem was much closer.
