    Why do people get arsey with others just because they choose to sit at a football match or not? Sitting down has never once stopped me singing at a match, nor has it stopped me "getting behind 'em".

    Maybe it's just another way for people to play the "better fan" card?

    It's acceptable to stand up if you're in the back row. Or in the second to back row and everyone else behind you is stood up. Or if you're in the third to back row and everyone else in the 2 rows behind you is stood up etc.

    Anything else and you're an inconsiderate tw*t. Whether you like it or not it's not the 80s anymore.

    I had to move seats 3 times today due to my 7 year old not being able to see because of people stood up in first couple of rows. Stand at the back and sit at the front. Simple.

    Kid with his dad in front of me looked about four or five. Hardly fair to block his view when people stood up. Thought the atmosphere was excellent even at 2 nill down and that was from people chanting loudly whilst sat.

    There is always a group of idiots at away matches who spoil the day for the people sat behind them. They are usually cocky teenagers who couldn't punch their way out of a brown paper bag and older guys trying to recapture their youth by being ar*eholes for a few hours. Shame really. Nothing wrong with chanting and standing up for chances/goals/ovations but standing up for the whole game is not on.

    I have been a fan for over 60 years.
    Nowadays I can stand short periods but need to sit down. I pay for a seat to sit down , I intend to sit down and I wish all you stand up inconsiderate pr,,,,s would just all go up the back and do what you want. Just do not spoil it for the majority
