I actually think Thiam has improved 10 fold this season. Final ball let’s him down a few times but his work rate and stamina is 1000 times better than last season. Still think there is a player in there. Confidence player

Not quick, can't cross, not a natural finisher, doesn't seem adept at dribbling, not a natural striker or winger, still waiting to understand what his role is and what he contributes. Oxford showed what he CAN do, but Bradford away showed what Moncur can do and that hasnt bought him any goodwill. Next to be dropped for me. He does seem to care and gives everything and confidence seems to be the key, but there has to be more end product even given the improvement in work rate.

Confidence player ? he scored 2 in the first half of the first game of the season. If that doesn't give him the confidence to kick on then nowt will

Hammill is so good he hasn't got a club and done very little in the past 2 years... I'll get me tin hat on now.

He hasn't improved one bit. He looks slightly better this season due to much easier opposition, that's all. 39 games for us over two different leagues and he's scored from open play in just one game. I don't know what he brings to the team. At least others that have been poor for us over the years like Regis, Shea, PingPong, Gibbs, Donovan etc didn't cost us a million Euros. Don't know how much longer we can wait to hope he starts repaying the big investment in him.

Poor again, has done very little to impress since the first game. Starting to wonder what he brings to the team.

We seem to have a weekly thread on thiam and moncur about how bad they are and also mcgheen. Thiam put one on a plate for moncur last week he spurned a good chance but not half as bad as some make out imo.
A bloke 2 seats down from me was saying we have carried cavare all season and he is useless and a passenger opinions!!

I'm afraid where Thiam is concerned I'm far from convinced. Two goals on opening day bought him some time but I just don't see what he excels at.
Hopefully Bahre is going to offer more. I liked the look of him yesterday.
