    Can anyone recommend a good turf supplier please? I’ve already been in contact with Sykes Lawn turf who were recommended but they have no availability until February due to the hot weather. Any help appreciated

    Have you considered seeding it?

    I seeded my entire lawn last year, and it saved me an absolute fortune

    You’re supposed to get a better finish long term too as it roots better.

    I’d not want to attempt it mate as I’ve only ever seeded little patches before. Got a fairly big lawn (64m2) so want it to be right

    I used these guys a couple of months ago. Very reasonably priced and excellent quality...

    Will do next day delivery for a small fee. Otherwise its about 4 working days (but they’ll only prepare the turf the day before). Deliver on a pallet with a pump truck so will only get it as far from the road as what is accessible with the pump truck.

    There were tons of rolls of turf stacked up outside the place on the crossroads at Fitzwilliam when I passed earlier (across from the Catchpenny where the dumpit site used to be)
