    I had a big one out a couple of months back. It was under a gold crown and in very poor condition so the dentist had to remove it in bits, with a lot of digging to get the last bits of bone and nerve out. I was in the chair for over an hour. It was horrific!

    The good news though was that I took the gold filling to a jeweller and got about £30 for it :)

    I had a big one out too recently but my other half told me to tuck it back in as it was scaring other shoppers...
