    The method Barnsley are employing of only signing players under a certain age will not work we want someone with experience and steel in there not all these youngsters,it did'nt keep us in the championship and it will not get us out of league 1,the way things are I can see us stuck in thus league for years

    It definitely will work in L1. It won’t work in the Championship unless you modify it.

    Depends on the players really if they can learn and get better then it will work at any level some will go on and others will find there level hopefully most of this squad will kick on

    All the best teams I’ve seen at Oakwell over the years have had a blend of youth and experience. Personally I’m not a fan of the policy as it stands at the moment...

    Posh have a very similar policy too and they are 2nd hmm experienced old heads didn't keep Burton in the championship either

    What makes you think employing "olďer heads" we would be higher up the table? Bradford city have plenty of experience working great for them.
