It all depend on what his shots to goal conversion stats are. Who is the best striker 20 shots 5 goals or 10 shots 5 goals? I remember when Andy Cole was banging goals in for fun. His stats for shots to goal conversions weren't that good. But we need to remember that not all shots are the same. Some players will take more speculative shots than another when they have little chance of scoring. As for Woodrow I would say a minimum of 10 with a max of 15.

 

Guys gone from waste of money to this because he’s scored a goal against a side third bottom of league 2, lord help him when he has a game where he doesn’t score and the daggers are out again

 

Your right it's not early to say if he was a good signing or not. He has extra expection on him as we left ourselves too short of forwards and so his injury highlighted this. Not his fault at all.

 

The Bradshaw money may have mostly gone on Woodrow?

Ps. Bradshaw won't score more than me for the rest of the season

 

Just to address the Jacob Brown thing - I like him as a prospect and ready to step into the team when necessary but please not at right back!
Going forward he was ok yesterday but defensively he was (to be kind) left wanting.
I’m old fashioned but I like my defenders to be able to defend first and foremost and then if they can attack so much the better.
This is why I don’t trust Cavare either.

 

I think he's ok to play there when we're well on top so he can bomb on
