    Even if they had a history of fraudulent cheques being presented, why not simply call the employer who issued the cheque rather than the police (who did exactly that to resolve the situation.)

    Some US network should commission a weekly show highlighting absurd examples of inherent racism like they do with those videos of drunk/reckless/ driving documentaries along the lines of - ".... and look at these idiots....!!)

    Whilst I agree there is a massive racism problem in the USA.. you can only assume it in this case? It does say at the bottom that there have been 10 other calls to police, that all resulted in arrests? It does not mention race at all?

    Even over here in the UK it's obvious you can see racial profiling is prevalent in America. Just look at their police

    They tend to shoot and kill plenty of black men, usually on their 'cell' phones which apparently look like a gun even when they are running away with their back turned. There are countless videos of said happenings and very over the top beatings.

    Poor people are more likely to be shot by police because they have more encounters with the police. A disproportionate amount of black people are extremely poor.

    Black people are statistically more likely to disobey commands from police officers (due to the above reasons).

    Black people who comply with commands are proven not to be shot any more than white people.

    White males are statistically the demographic killed by police far more than any other section of society.

    I'm sure you'll understand why I can't be bothered to Google news reports of people being shot by police more than a week ago. The facts prove that police in America are extremely trigger happy? They also prove that white males are the demographic killed most

    I'm not denying that socio economic factors are relevant, but simply saying "White men are the demographic killed most" is facile
