Why can't I get any audio on IFollow?

    I've signed in as usual, pressed the Listen Live Now tab and it just drops down to the text highlights.
    What else to do ??

    they have replied once.... I forgot to tell which club site I was on... but I did say it was the Blackpool game today... so it was not exactly a Sherlock Holmes affair... I have replied to say it was on the Barnsley iFollow... I guess they are now investigating.
