If you're not happy with the result of the vote then just have another. Keep having them until you get the result that you want.
That’s fine, if, in the next 2 years we get more information and it turns out that Gauthier Ganaye has been found to be lying.
Yeah we should also have a general election every year or two when promises parties give us to try and win votes end up not happening.
I think the main point here is being missed. We had a local lad who was taking the Championship by storm - to the extent of other Championship clubs wanting our players. Even when the spine of the team was dismantled - there’s a good chance he would have kept us up. Other big clubs such as Sunderland and Notts Forest showed interest in him. So obviously well thought of in football. But instead our CEO made it impossible for Hecky to stay. Question is: .............. who made the decision to make things uncomfortable for Hecky ??? And WHY !?!?! Some on here saying I’ve an hatred of Ganaye. This is rubbish - what I’m trying to do is delve deep into the decision making of the club. And by doing that be able to better understand the direction of the club.
What him being local matter? If they get us in to the premier league the manager can be from the moon.
I don’t know. Did it matter he was local ? Did it matter that because he was a local lad a special relationship with the fans could have developed to the extent he couldn’t be sacked - especially if he became more successful as a result of being given a more level playing field in the transfer market ??? Did it matter he was British and not from the continent ??? A decision was made ........ it would be very interesting to know what it was - and why ???
And here, finally, we see Nudger confirming what we all knew already. He hates Gauthier because he’s from Europe.
I’ll be honest Nudge I’ve no interest in knowing it was or why, if we found out it isn’t going to change anything, I’m more interested in the here and now,
Personally, I much prefer Stendel and his team. Hugely likeable and personable, professional and passionate. Heckingbottom did well for a season but was always dour and if he had been from Lancashire wouldn't have been cut as much slack. That's bias, not accurate evaluation based on true merit
Hecky was correct Fans sold down river as usual Relegation was result Will club ever learn? New owners have a chance to show their true intentions next month No investment in squad then more of league 1 Still some donkeys in the team
And there we have it Happy to puddle on regardless no matter what the club do No ambition (Jury still out on the current owners) I await January with interest Potential is there, but requires investment to progress
Agree with first 4 lines of this. But we can’t have a dig at the owners. They stopped the usual mass exodus of players after relegation - that we had to get used to under Patrick. They haven’t done much wrong so far - except appointing Morais. And I suppose we will never get to know what part they had in pushing the best manager at the club in my lifetime out of the door - Hecky.
