Usually sit in ponty end but sat in West stand today absoloute joke 3 people serving is that the norm?
One of mates who sits in west stand ,was waiting 45 minutes for his young sons hot chocolate . Sounds like staff were working hard but badly understaffed
ESL had one woman serving beers and two serving next door the food. Really poor customer service but after years of it you get far too used to it. Don't has trays either like they used to to help you carry food/drinks.
With the average age in the West Stand being 109 years old, they’re more bothered about going for a piss at half time. There’s normally 25 toilet attendants.
Surely its too good of a revenue stream to miss. Im sure having 10 staff on would mean more cash for the club anyway as more people would use it. Or am i missing something?
I sit in the west stand but don’t get any food or drink. I mean, I’m not a millionaire. But in all seriousness, the queue today was the biggest I’ve ever seen it and that includes games where we’ve had 20,000 in the ground. I’ve no idea what was going on but people were barely moving forward. Like the poster above says, just cut your losses at some point surely? Can’t miss the game for it.
I’m waiting for your posts about the result or the performance or Woodrow’s goal or literally anything that could be taken as a positive instead of the usual negative or sarcy post. Maybe in the new year eh?

I get that. I mean, how would the club know all the areas in which they need to improve without your input?
The company who provide the service are clearly exploiting their employees IMO. I feel for the staff who must have to put up with some reight *****.
