Bit pointless that then when us and Sunderland were bottom of the Championship for half of those games and Accrington and Luton were top of League 2
Bit pointless in totality compairing sides in different levels playing different levels of opponent and merging it all into 1 peterborough much higher than us because they got relgated before we did and so played all games in L1 last year. Luton above Chelsea because they got promoted from L2 and carried on in L1 - what does it actually tell us
Woah, bairning? Just questioning the thing. It doesn’t seem to add up... What’s up? Tha got out o wrong side o bed?
Me too, but it's a bit like a Rolf Harris painting... I haven't quite worked it out yet. Except that Huddersfield must have got off to a right flyer at the start of 2017/18.
It does show the massive gulf between the top Premier League clubs & everybody else, that 4 of them should be at the top. Beyond that is just a 12 month form guide. We are in the top of the mid range as our good form this season has slightly outweighed our lousy form last season.
It's also interesting if you compare it to 2017 and 2016. I think we were in the bottom 10 last year but was in the top 10 the year before.
What are people struggling with? It's a table showing, in terms of points per game, how successful teams were in the year 2018. Remember 2012 under Keef when we were statistically the worst team in the country in terms of points gained? This is that table. Just for 2018.
