She would have been gone if they thought they could win a general election without any doubt in my mind .
It’s a case of throw **** at Corbyn and see where we are with the help of their favoured media .

My hero, shut up you clown, why assume because I don't like corbyn I like the Tories?? Stop giving me a reason to stereotype.
As far as that goes there is a massive massive difference, during any conflict / war to bring about peace there as to be negotiations, Blair did a fantastic job with the GFA ( releasing terrorists though was wrong imo) Corbyn meeting with the IRA,was never about bringing peace and You are deluded if you think that, he was their friends and attended "volunteer" funerals, if he was pro British anti IRA, they would have dumped him over the border, but thanks again for throwing that dog s€€t comment in about my hero, you sir are a ballbag

The polls before the snap election in June 2017 showed the Tories had a
20 point lead over Labour, that is why May went to the country in an effort
of establishing a large majority. Her slogan " Strong and Stable" and her
insistence in putting herself right, left and centre of a Presidential type campaign did not
resonate with the electorate so she eventually had to do a costly deal with
the DUP to survive and give her a slender majority. Since then, her pathetic efforts to put a
Brexit deal together on her own terms without cross party consultations
and the solus agreement of her Cabinet, resulted in the largest defeat ever seen in
a Parliamentary vote ever and the chaos some of her Ministers have since caused re- Grayling, McVey et al
have hardly endeared her or her Cabinet to the British people.
She and her rag tag and bobtail Government are to popularity , what a lighted *** end is to the Forestry Commission.

Didn't see QT (never watch it ) but I can say that labour are in the lead (at the time of recording) in all but 1 opinoin poll, that poll is yougov that is owned and run by tories and set up by a couple of tory MP's. When she screwed up the figures it turned out she had been running from interview to interview ignoring her worsening diabetes and suffered for it, but hey it's Diane Abbott so she's fair game. Here's a bit of whataboutery, Dominic Rabb as EU negotiator " I never realised how important the Dover to Calais crossing was when moving goods about " Gavin Williamson, defence secratary in relation to spanish navy sailing close to Gibralter " can we fire paint balls at them " but Diane Abbotts a joke. Aye OK.
23 points behind in the polls last time and wiped out the tory majority making it the biggest swing for decades. Made the tories do more u turns than blair brown and cameron put together, just overseen the biggest vote against a sitting government since 1920, Just overseen a contempt of parliament charge against a sitting government since I don't know when. Not bad for a joke I suppose.

Most people just want to watch the world burn. We're a nation of masochists
If it wasn't for the help of Corbyn/Mowlam we wouldn't have had the Good Friday Agreement. Oh yeah, just let the young men and women go and get killed while the politicians sit on their arses. We're lucky to have diplomats in Parliament instead of just bumbling psychos like Johnson, Gove and Hunt who would stir trouble and happily have another pointless war. Governing is about seeing both sides and talking for the interests of the people.

I would draw the line corbyn being the reason we had the GFA, he was a IRA loving sympathiser who fought for a united ireland, visited political prisoners at the maze and went to the commemoration of Bobby sands death, to name but a few

I think, given the 2 resounding leadership election victories he will be replaced.

There is no way the Labour Party are going back to the Blair / Brown era. Whether you vote for them is down to you.

None of that is especially true. The vast majority of polls show a Labour lead of 2/3 percent. See Kantar/ Survation published this week. The only one showing a Tory lead is YouGov owned and used to promote the tories and notoriously wrong. If you are going to put a thread a political thread maybe do a little research first.

You too don't seem to be able to discuss one point in isolation either. If you don't like the personal allowance, donate it.

Someone presents you with the facts and you still ignore them. If you actually read the info in the link I took the trouble to post, the poll of polls puts Conservative and Labour level pegging on 37%. Here it is for you again. You ought to apply to be a researcher on Question Time.

I too would like to see a united Ireland, but that doesn't make me an IRA sympathiser.

Yes I read it mate - Con 37.35 Lab 37.31 - you must have gone to the same school as Diane Abbot if you think that is level - more importantly if YOU read what you were actually sending it states on the swingometer calculation that Labour are still way behind in terms of winning an election in 2022 - now can you answer my question that you avoided in my last post (why are Labour not miles ahead in the polls when May and the Gov are on its arse)..................Im waiting
