Why can't I get IFollow commentary on my laptop?

    I'm registered, paid up to date, and follow the link through to where it says Listen Live Now, click on it but nothing happens.
    The page drops slightly to Key Moments which are updating.
    I am getting the commentary on my phone no problems but I used to be able to get it on the pc.
    Any ideas?

    If you're on Edge or IE, try Chrome. I'm no longer a subscriber but when I was it never worked on Edge.

    Sorted it.... I asked on the IFollow Chat symbol thingy and they asked if I'd got Adblock blocking it. Yes I had, so unchecked blocking of BFC and commentary came on straight away.

    I had similar problem and phoned them up. They told me to clear my history including my cache. Then close down the web browser and log back in. This did the trick for me. It has worked ok since.
