I like the cut of his jib. made the second goal today and for a young lad has a nice line in sh#tehousery - happy to give it out when needed.

I think he's brilliant. Full of piss and vinegar. Enthusiasm, never seems to tire. Runs his blood to water for 90 minutes.

Plus, and this is the most important thing, he's a good footballer.

Yeah, really liking how both Browny and Williams are progressing.

Agree with that. Williams had a thankless task going up against that big ******* all game but did well. Great assist too.

Generally I like Brown, but he wandered off mid second half into the middle, and basically left the right hand side and Cavare to fend for himself. I think there is a good footballer there and he's obviously a fit lad, as he kept running to the end. Just needs to maintain his position.

He loses the ball too easily. Hopefully he will learn that he needs better means to get past a defender than he thinks he's got.

Having said that, one trick worked today and it landed us our winner. So thanks for that, and let's hope he keeps on developing.

I like him a lot, great to see him get a run of games, he looks capable of improving with experience.

He made an impression on me when he came on at Scunthorpe back in August and gave their left back a torrid time. Not everything he tries comes off but let him keep trying and learn from experience. He certainly knows how to look after himself on the pitch, we can help look after him by backing him even when things don't go his way.

Last three games, 1 goal and 3 assists?

I know exactly when you’re referring to and you’ve pretty much described all our midfield and attackers. We had a 10 minute spell where we completely lost our shape and nobody was covering at all. Brown wasn’t alone in this so can only guess instructions didn’t get across to the players as intended.

We soon sorted it out though.

The whole midfield, including the reborn Mowatt, went missing at various points. Out of Mowatt, McGeehan and Brown, it was the youngest of the three that won us the game.

People have to remember it's his 1st season with the seniors I think he he doing great. Almost created a goal 1st half when he ran 3/4 of the pitch on the counter went to square it to thiam in the middle and their man just made a interception to turn it away for a corner.
