    If he was the best option and we haven't signed a replacement then selling him made the squad weaker. Fact.

    If he was the best option and Luton now have that option then either he has improved their squad or we accept that their squad is better than ours. Fact

    He was always a good super sub at best. I think Green looks a better prospect for our style of play.

    George has skills, but we are not playing in Serie A, where you can walk around with your hands on your hips for 80 minutes.

    Your use of the word 'FACT' weakens your point instantly. Stendel might feel Green is a better squad player than Moncur. I already do.

    So green, a winger, is a replacement for moncur, a central midfielder?

    When are replacing Potts?

    Improves the balance of the squad for sure. We didn't need duplication in the Moncur role with the system we play, the emergence of Brown, and having signed Bahre in the Summer.

    Potts - good question. Maybe the club believed Brown was capable of stepping up and deserved a chance. Or maybe his recent performances are just a lucky coincidence. Maybe the offer was too good to turn down and we're still working on one more signing before the window closes.

    Brown has qualities but in no way replaces Potts. We have missed Potts quite massively in the last 2 games.
