Well from my viewpoint he's not been signed as back up but as a similar scenario to Callum Styles. I'd think Adeboyejo and Brown remain the emergency cover. I'm not saying I think they're up to a prolonged stint up front but I don't see how we could keep a third proven striker happy.

I knock what I see to be wrong and selling the fans short in transfers in and out. Selling better players than we bring in will only end in tears.. Just because I don't agree with you doesn't make me small minded..

He's not particularly proven though is he. He's a young lad who was signed by a bigger club from a lower league side but either didn't make it or didn't get the chance depending on your interpretation. We're quite a big club at this level with two good strikers. We needed a third and the lad we've signed is ideal for a club our size Some experience but not proven so not demanding a starting role, but with more experience than those we already have below Moore and Woodrow..

I really do wonder why I have to say this stuff because I know if you were being honest you'd fully admit it would be far far preferable if he was with us rather than Bradford And with that in my mind, why are we discussing this? Say what you actually think, it won't kill you

Fair minded doesn't best describe the people you are referring to. If they were, they would afford a bit of praise from time to time to balance things out.

No one thinks they're a better fan. Conan keeps alluding to it, but this is the same guy that dropped in the "I was there, can the same be said for you?" after the Wimbledon game.

Don't ever think that scything criticism is the same as showing concern for the club. It certainly doesn't come across that way on a forum.

Also, I haven't threatened you. I asked you a question. End of matter.

I am saying what I really think. I don't think Miller is proven or any better an option at the moment than Adeboyejo or Brown. Therefore I'm quite happy for him to be left to develop at Bradford where he's already bedded in.
Would I like a better third option? Yes. Do I think it was feasible to get one in? No.
Don't know how I can be more honest than that.

I don't feel like I'm being sold short. You don't get assurances when you buy a season ticket.

I take the good with the bad. Celebrate the good and don't get too down with the bad because I can't effect it.

My whole gripe with the negativity, is we are doing really well. Unbeaten in 9, 3rd in the league, 1 point off the pace and the mood is as bad as when we were bottom under little Lee.

Gallon was probably one of the players that helped us get into financial difficulty. We were still paying the money back then weren't we? Scored a cracker at Hillsborough though!

You genuinely don't believe he could have added something this season and helped with our promotion push?

This was part of my whole point mate. Weeks ago winkler said we were good to go with what we had, yet people still expect an influx of new faces.

I think, apart from Saturday and Tuesday, when we were resilient and kept plugging away, we've looked more balanced since the turn of the year, and that coincided with Potts going to Preston - not saying that's the reason before anyone jumps on it.

George Miller? Well I've been up in Dublin for a funeral so I'm not fully in the loop but from the bits I've read he's not setting the world alight currently at Bradford. I can't see how he's particularly ahead of the two we've already got as back up.

I think he was one of those players but can’t remember the details .
Think I was doing shifts at the time do didn’t see the goal at Wendy tbh .
At the time I really thought we had got ourselves a player .
At his other clubs he seemed to get goals from nowhere and every time he had the ball something happened . That was until he joined us lol everything went Pete tong

So, you don't think he's going to add anything to our promotion challenge.

Considering we're aiming for promotion, why have we signed someone not good enough for us in this league when we're aiming to play in a higher league next season?

This is that logic I was talking about

Nah. He's got wrong end of stick. Thinks I don't care for him.

It never really entered my head.

Same reason we bought Styles and kept him at Bury. They're hoping for big strides 12 months down the line with more experience under their belt.
Anyway I'm not going to fall out about it. You might be right or I might be, neither of us really knows. The judgement call at the club is to leave him where he is same as it was to throw Green straight in.
Let's hope we don't need to resort to backup strikers anyway.

I just wanted to let everyone know that as of today I've joined Kirsten Dunst but will be seeing out the remainder of my contract with Mrs Burgundy Red.

Have you watched Brown recently? I think he is still stand in striker, but DS has played him in other positions to develop his game as he has that much ability. If he keeps working he will be a premier league player in 2-3 years.

I think brown is an excellent winger. Not a striker
