Just like to say thank to the woman on main reception who managed to sort out my (admittedly unexplainable) login problem in an efficient and friendly manner. Tickets bought without problem after that.
I don’t have season ticket this season but my son does. I can’t get on Donny tickets to get him one because I don’t have privileges ie no season ticket so I can’t buy him a ticket. He’s signed up for his own account but same problem he can’t get on Donny tickets has his patron code not assigned to his account
I spoke to Tesco and Ticketmaster through DMs after my initial query was sent as a normal tweet in the last seven days. I've worked in Brand Marketing for years and would try and avoid lengthy, character limited dialogue around anything negative, and move everything in to DMs.
