I'd go with that team. I'd play victor before bahre mind if it came to it.

    Oxford fan's didn't rate Mowatt.

I just think its a logical thing to do, after how Victor has been performing we need more options, Moore's interim replacement isn't already at the club in my opinion.

The club didn't exercise the option they had in january because it would have cost another £250,000.

Got to bring Hedges into the team, either upfront or push brown upfront and hedges on the right.

What's our record without Moore? He'll be a loss for sure but don't think we should write off automatic promotion just yet.

If we’ve no viable options for a ball winner upfront I’d be looking at Jackson see how he goes , he’s not bad in the air tenacious and a presence . Probably only thing imo is he won’t have eye for goal but he’d clear a path for Cauley imo.
Just a thought but Victor isn’t the answer yet imo

I'd try hedges......didn't he do that role at Yeovil?
We need a big lad in this league ideally, not sure victor is up to it.....yet.

So many options. It isn't all doom and gloom. Just need to get our mojo back. We've won games without Moore and played well. We can do it again.

It's not possible. He'd already signed until the end of the season at Bradford. Loans are different now to when Man Utd. recalled Drinkwater from us.

Source? I find that extremely hard to believe.

We gambled in January and now we see that its failed. For a team chasing promotion to only have 2 strikers for the run in was bad planning and looked a bit like penny pinching again. Now i fear we may pay for it. Its false economy when you think what is at stake.

The club made a big mess of Jan now. Most ludicrous thing we have ever done signing a player and not actually having him avail to us. We should have moved on to someone we could sign for the here and now. Both Moore & Woodrow have been affected by injuries this season so it wasn’t unrealistic that one of them could be out for a couple of games here and there never mind a longer term injury. Daft.

I can't be arsed to quote. However, it's common knowledge that we could have bought out the remainder of his loan with Bradford City but chose not to. I'm presuming this was a financial decision no matter how sugar coated it was at the time.

Really bad news for both Kieffer and the football club. Really hope that he recovers well and is fully recovered by the summer if not earlier

Big blow for our Automatic promotion hopes - going to be hard to keep the momentum without him - any injury to Woodrow and we are in real trouble

Absolutely gutted! Praying Cauley smashes it for rest of season

34 replies to this post, and only 3 of them have shown their concern for Kieffer's health; those 3 beat me to it, but I add my best wishes for his full recovery. Everything else comes second.

Fair enough on this thread but there’s plenty of other threads wishing him all the best especially just after the incident

If I was Stendel I'd tell the squad to read this thread, that should give them enough motivation to get them through to the end of the season. Some of the comments are a bit disrespectful to the lads who have got us to within touching distance of promotion. We missed Woodrow for plenty of games but we kept picking up points. We now miss Moore and although not ideal we'll continue to pick up points like we did when he was out before.Get well soon big man and by the time you return your team mates will make you a Championship player again.

My only thought really is that Kieffer is OK. In my view, any of our players health and
future well being is of paramount importance. If the severity of his injury had been
disclosed and he'd have tried / been allowed to play, the risk would have been that some
unscrupulous opponent might have tried to do a " Morgan" on him, so it's
best he's allowed to recover and be fully assessed ready for next season. Plus points,
there won't be constant speculation he's moving on and it might serve as an incentive
for the Coach and the boys to say " come on, let's do it for big Kieffer."
