Just had a look at there match day thread " Accrington playing a weakened team" jesus, they really are clutching at straws, probably need reminding so are we, minus Moore, Brown, and Cameron.
RU sure they don't mean Accrington are playing a weakened team i.e. Barnsley. rather than 'fielding' a weakened team
And they are saying we're getting rattled.! https://www.footballfancast.com/lea...-promotion-rivals-barnsley-suffer-big-setback
Proper delusional fans sat at 3rd in table 1-0 down at half time and they are saying the quality of football in this league is abysmal and they need to get out as soon as possible
Two key Sunderland players re-Watmore ( ankle) and defender Flanagan ( concussion) had to leave the field in what's being described as a bruising encounter at Adams Park and could now be doubtful for Tuesdays game. https://www.sunderlandecho.com/spor...arnsley-after-bruising-wycombe-draw-1-9640677
Just watched the bizarre end to their game at Wycombe. Liked the response of both managers, Ross and Ainsworth, who accepted it was all down to heat of the moment stuff and a passion for their respective clubs. Hope this means Honeyman misses Tuesday mind.
It works both ways mate, a little earlier there were 6 Sunderland related threads on the go on the main page here. I don't think anyone is obsessed, we both desperately want to finish above each other, some people are rational and then there's some crazy talk as well. Another great win for you today, haven't read much about your match yet but sounds like you played well again, you go into Tuesday on the back of 2 wins, full of confidence and favourites I would say. We weren't great today and had to weather the experience of playing at Wycombe which is a tough place to go. Into stoppage time and I couldn't see us scoring but we ground out another result which was great considering we were down to 10 after Flanagan was kicked in the head, hopefully it isn't serious for the lad.
Thanks for taking the time to come and post on here mate. It certainly is set up to be a cracker on Tuesday. After today's results, I'd be reasonably happy with a draw against you.
