East Stand almost sold out for tomorrow

    That should be about 7300 in ES plus 4300 in Ponty plus 1700 in WS = 13300 home fans. Add 4500 from Sunderland so the gate should be not far short of 18000. Bet it’s given out as about 14k :)

    Why do I suddenly get the feeling that I will be walking out of oakwell listening to folk who haven't been for ages tell me that this is why they don't come anymore because we are **** or don't want to go up etc..

    There's 4 hours between our posts. There's obviously fewer available now, but still plenty in West UE1, West L1, West L2 and West L3.

    It's very difficult to tell in these situations. I remember being obsessed with the map for the Walsall Play-Off Semi. Clusters of green dots started to appear in blocks which had seemed to sell out days before. They make seats unavailable for all sorts of reasons and then release them if need be. Several times before there's been sizeable gaps in the East Stand crowd when it's supposed to be sold out (minus the L7 block of course).

    Websites just updated and theres not much left in all the stands. Are they opening up the other side for pay on the gate?

    4 seats in Ponty
    6 in East upper
    18 in West Upper.
