Donny Rovers are going to give £1 for every read nose in the stands on Friday night: https://www.doncasterroversfc.co.uk...ley-and-rovers-will-donate-1-to-comic-relief/ Doncaster Rovers will be donating £1 to Comic Relief for every red nose worn in the stands of Keepmoat Stadium for the upcoming Sky Bet League One match vs Barnsley on Friday, March 15. Prior to kick off, Rovers aim to take one of the biggest red nose photographs ever, with a co-ordinated red nose photo across all four stands of Keepmoat Stadium. For every person wearing a red nose, the club will donate £1 to Comic Relief. Whether you’re a Doncaster Rovers or Barnsley fan we urge you to bring your red nose to our match and wear it with pride. We are expecting a crowd of around 10,000 people on March 15, and if everyone wears a red nose, the club will make a donation of £10,000 to Comic Relief. That kind of money could fund: 1,000 mentoring sessions for homeless people in the UK; 200 bicycles for Community Health workers to travel quickly to critical situations in Ghana; or provide mental health first aid training for 50 teachers in the UK. Comic Relief’s Red Nose Day will take place on March 15 and noses can be purchased from Sainsbury’s, Oxfam, and Argos. Noses can also be purchased online at the Comic Relief online shop.
