We found inspiration after losing Moore,Brown and McGeehan lets hope the lads use this to inspire them on.
Keeper will only miss one game for that. Sent off for denying goalscoring opportunity not violent conduct
I think we have a "stronger squad depth" than some people believe. I also doubt that DS will be playing the "Lost key players at a vital time" card as well
Nothing their lad could do about it, brilliant tackle by dougal and unfortunate to come.off worse but I'm a thousand percent certain that their kid didn't mean to harm him.
I’ve not seen the tackle again since first viewing last night at the game but desperately unlucky for Kenny. Let’s hope his recovery goes well and he’ll be fit and firing for next season.
Cam McGeehan just has to stay out of trouble and stay fit now. Given those two conditions being achieved we're fine. However.......you do feel that the Gods are conspiring to derail our campaign. It's one thing after another just lately so if we do manage to stay in the top two it will have been a monumental effort.
This kind of emphasises how important it is to have a good squad and not just a good starting 11. We have done brilliant so far, hope our coach can use the men at his disposal well on the run in. Get well soon Kenny lad.
Win the next two and all will be fine. Should that happen I would rather be in our position than Sunderland.
Let's just agree to disagree. https://www.thestar.co.uk/sport/foo...says-reds-assistant-andreas-winkler-1-9411131
Sometimes it's an ill wind, as they say, not that we shan't miss the covering, tackling and passing skills of Kenny, but remember that play-off semi-final away at Birmingham, when we set up for the away game with just Shipperley up top in a 4-5-1 formation, until some Brummy called O'Connor kicked our holding midfielder, Geoff Thomas, out of the match in the first five minutes. So we brought on Van der Laan to do the same role and, blow me, O'Connor kicked him off the park after twenty minutes, which meant we had to bring on Bruce Dyer and play a more attacking set of players. The result - a 4-0 win!!!! McGeehan and Mowatt will cover the centre midfield and both are box-to-box players, possibly giving slightly more of a goal threat than with Kenny in the holding role. Could just strengthen our attacking formation for the run in, plus McGeehan and Brown will come back fresh next week. COYR!
Just seen X Ray and firstly im not a Doctor, but im originally from worsbrough and that qualifies me to say thats only a week on’t sick.
