Wonder how much Portsmouth are paying towards his benefits (hope it's 100%) as he doesn't seem to have kicked a ball for them yet.

I’ve nowt against the lad. Yeah his 2nd spell never really worked out due to injuries and probably falling down the pecking order. But he’s always acted as a pro and gave us some good memories during his first spell.

Hope he goes on to do well elsewhere - there’s a good player in there, just needs a bit of luck and a run of games.

I'm pretty sure I read that he was injured during a training session just after he joined them. It must be so frustrating for him.

Ryan Williams you slagged off. He’s doing ok for himself I’m terms of appearances since he left. Maybe we are the problem?

I'm not so sure. I like Isgrove but you can almost count his appearances throughout his whole career on one hand. We're not responsible for him not playing at all when at Southampton, or since being at Pompey. I just think he's really unfortunate with injuries. Shame, but it's football

After years of persistent injuries, it was a specialist who we found who finally fixed his issue. Hence why he’s pretty much played 2 full seasons since leaving us.

His hip was out of alignment iirc, which through everything else out. Every other club had missed this.

He doe like a bit of disapprobation in the morning.
Though there's probably not a great deal of oxygen right up there on that moral high ground.

No, he came to us with that underlying problem. That was the cause of all his juggling injuries etc. We solved it. Got his fitness back, but LJ didn’t fancy him if you remember.

Some people's bodies just aren't suited to the rigours of professional football. It can be as simple as that. Does he have a repetitive injury or is it a variety of different ones? I can't say I've noticed. It usually seems very vague why he's unavailable.

Not a good thread. However, I think the club are to blame in this instance for signing him when we didn't need him. Signing wingers when we don't play with width seems a bit daft to me.

You've been having a go at Lloyd for well over a year now, but you still haven't said what you expect the club to do about it? The club have even sent him out on loan and you still complain.
