I think it's the Donny, Posh and Pompey matches where points might be dropped, not tonight or at the weekend unfortunately

I'm confident we'll have a strong finish, but I fear Sunderland might aswell

    They'll beat Rochdale.

Have to agree. Beating Burton will be hard. If we don't, we are out of the driving seat.
Not saying we can't make top 2 if so, but would be relying on a Sunderland melt down & that would surprise me.

That's my worry too. I can see us dropping points by drawing so we'd be one point clear but with two less games to play. All of a sudden all the pressure would be on us.

True. I still think we need five wins to be certain. GD might well be a deciding factor.

When you look at each game in isolation, Sunderland will be favourites to win them all. Our best hope is that they struggle with the volume of fixtures.

I’d be very surprised if they don’t beat Rochdale, and a win for us at Burton is far from certain

Loads more twists to come. We'll both drop points between now and the end of the season and Sunderland still have to get a win and a result from their games in hand. Burton will be tough, but grab a win and I'll be fairly confident we can go on a run. Thought we played well against Coventry.

Totally agree TT. As well as the physical demands of having to play so many games in such a
short time frame, there's the added mental pressure of the absolute need to win games.
Add to that , the possibility that they could lose key players to injury. If they do finish in an
automatic promotion spot, given their schedule, they will have earned it. Having said that, it's
more than likely that they will drop some points between next Saturday and the first week in May.

On paper they have the best side in the league by a country mile, when they play to their potential they will wipe the floor with the lot including the top two. Luckily for us they've rarely shown their full potential.

I don't think they will. There is no pressure on them at all and they're scoring goals for fun. Might struggle next year, the managerial appointment will be crucial for them.

We’ve 6 games left and I honestly think we’ll need to win 5 of them. 4 wins and a draw might just do it.....
